General Terms and Conditions (AGB)

1. Scope & Contractual Partner
These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all orders placed via the online shop of DAHERINK, proprietor Muhammed El Daher, Gagarinstraße 125 (9. OG links), 07545 Gera, Germany (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”).
2. Conclusion of Contract & Order Process
The presentation of products in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the button “Buy Now” / “Pay Now”, the customer places a binding order for the items contained in the cart. The purchase contract is concluded upon receipt of an order confirmation by email.
3. Prices & Small Business Status (§ 19 UStG)
All prices shown are total end prices. Pursuant to § 19 UStG (German Value Added Tax Act - Small Business Regulation), value added tax is neither charged nor stated. Prices do not include delivery and shipping costs, which are explicitly stated during the checkout process.
4. Delivery & Shipping Terms
Delivery is carried out exclusively within Germany via DHL GoGreen.
Shipping Costs: Flat rate of €4.99 per order. From an order value of €75.00, shipping is free of charge within Germany.
Delivery Times:
- Standard blank apparel / ready-made items: 2–5 business days.
- Custom-printed / personalized apparel (Print-on-Demand): 4–7 business days following print approval and payment receipt.
5. Right of Withdrawal & Statutory Exclusion
Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
Important notice regarding custom and personalized products (§ 312g (2) No. 1 BGB):
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal requirements of the consumer (e.g., customized prints, logos, embroidery, or bespoke designs).
6. Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Warranty & Statutory Defect Liability (Gewährleistung)
The statutory warranty right (Gewährleistung) of 2 years from receipt of goods applies in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
8. Applicable Law
German law applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
